WoodSolutions Display Window

Paarhammer is proud to have a window as part of the WoodSolutions Demonstration building at Holmesglen Institute Victoria. The display building model is full scale, multi-storey and showcases structural, fire rating, acoustic, and building envelope systems.

WoodSolutions have built - together with industry suppliers – this multi-storey timber construction at Holmesglen’s Chadstone campus to assist with the education of mid-rise construction methods in Australia.

Walk through the model, and touch, feel, learn and understand timber solutions. Sections of the structure are exposed to show the structural systems within and QR codes can be scanned throughout the building to show details and suppliers.

Laurence Ritchie, who is the Mid-Rise Advisory Program’s Cost & Program Estimator for WoodSolutions, says there are plans for detailed sessions to be made available. “We will be hosting a series of one-on-one discussions, group seminars and displays, hands-on training and student education sessions.”

The model is regularly used by Holmesglen as part of their educational program, and WoodSolutions continue to provide tours on an as-needed basis. If you are interested in learning more or visiting the structure please get in touch with Paarhammer or directly with:
