Proud of our Staff
Staff are Paarhammer’s greatest asset. With much pleasure, we recently celebrated a 20-year work anniversary and a 30-year work anniversary.
Judy was the first port of call when prospective clients rang our office from 2004 onwards. In the meantime, and with the growth of the business, Judy has taken on much more responsibility. She became indispensable as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to Tony, the Managing Director.

Andy started as an apprentice in 1994. He worked his way up to become Production Manager and organised the workflow in the factory for many years. Following this, he became responsible for window installations all over Australia. Andy now spends more time back in the manufacturing plant and works mostly in Research and Development (R&D) and quality control.

Over almost 35 years of being in business, Paarhammer successfully trained over 60 apprentices. Some of them stayed with the company, others now have their own business. Last year we were able to celebrate one of our very talented apprentices, Darcy, being awarded the Victorian Commercial Apprentice by the Australian Window Association (AGWA).

Further training and continued development are seen as very important, therefore possibilities for further learning and courses are pursued and supported. From industry-specific courses by the Australian Windows Association to Passivehaus tradespeople courses, to time management, leadership and professional development, Paarhammer supports employees in their learnings and development.

Outings, staff BBQ’s, a billiard room, and a trip to the largest window fair in Germany/Europe after 10 years with the company are just some things Paarhammer offers to show their appreciation to loyal staff members.
Each and every one of the staff at Paarhammer is vitally important to ensure that custom-made windows and doors for our clients are meticulously crafted, and the process from quotations to installation is client-focused.
